Jackson Loide[]
Jackson was born to a single mother named Gwen Loide in 1990. Raised in Scotland, Jackson became obsessed with money and gold. By the age of 10 he was consumed by the idea of being rich and powerful. At the age of 16 he began to turn in bail jumpers and petty thieves to the police in exchange for cash, and he became very good at tracking his targets. But the small pay from minor targets was not enough for Jackson.
The Tracer Guild[]
Founded by Jackson as well as two un identified Australian Nationals the Tracer Guild offered wealthy clients with the ability to track any person on the planet, for the right price. For 2 years the Guild functioned well until a high ranking Tracer was arrested. For fear of impressionmet the Guild was disbanded, but Jackson had already made a vast many contacts. From that point on he became "Agent Shade"
Agent Shade And The Templars[]
According to official records Agent Shade has had no interaction with the Templar order, not on a pay-role or any other official statement. But reports of Shade tracking and revealing low level assassins earned him some trust within the ranks of the Templars, as little as a freelance stalker can.

From the little time spent with him other agents report that agent Shade has the following personality "Quirks": Sadism, he takes slight pleasure in the anxiety and pain of others. Overconfidence, he believes that he is much better at what he does than anyone else can be. This tends to lead to many arguments and disputes between him and his co-workers.
